David A. Kolb a théorisé les évidences que chacun d’entre nous connaît pour en avoir fait l’expérience, avant d’être dressé par la famille et par l’école : la motivation est le moteur de nos apprentissages. L’expérience personnelle est la condition d’une prise de conscience sur soi. La prise de conscience crée en retour le déclic de l’apprentissage. L’apprentissage devient durable et se fait sans effort (perçu comme tel).

J’apprends parce que cela fait sens pour moi, de manière existentielle, immédiate, intime.
